Kohl Rabi Green Delicacy 500 Seeds

Green Delicacy has pale green skin with pure white flesh within. It boasts a fine texture and flavour when harvested the size of a tennis ball and is the earliest of all the varieties. Simply roasted, this alien looking vegetable is delicious. Kohl Rabi is a member of the brassica family. With the stem just above ground level, it swells to form the crisp, juicy vegetable with a texture much like Water Chestnut. Its flavour is much like that of a turnip but milder.
