Good King Henry, also known as "Lincolnshire Spinach". A dark green succulent plant with large arrow shaped leaves. The leaves can be used as an alternative to spinach hence its other name, and the young shoots can be used as an alternative to asparagus. This can be sown in spring or early autumn and reaches a height of about 60cm.
